Terms of Service

1. The Service

TradeMirror provides trade analytics, journaling, prop-style rule flagging, and AI-assisted weekly behavioral summaries based on data you upload (e.g. broker CSV files). The Service is software tooling only.

• We do not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to your brokerage account.
• We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or guaranteed outcomes.
• Prop firm rule templates are for convenience and are not affiliated with FTMO or any prop firm.

2. Not financial advice

All outputs — including rule violation flags, dashboards, and AI-generated reports — are for informational and educational purposes only. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with your broker, prop firm, and applicable laws. Read our Disclaimer at /en/disclaimer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.

4. Account and authentication

You may register using email magic link and/or Google OAuth provided by our authentication partner. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@trade-mirror.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your content and uploads

You retain ownership of trade data and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and analyze that content solely to provide and improve the Service (including sending subsets to our AI provider to generate reports).

You represent that you have the right to upload the data you provide and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or usage limits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware, automated abuse traffic, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Misrepresent AI outputs as professional financial advice to third parties.

7. Beta and free tier

The Service may be offered as a Beta with core features free while we validate the product. Features, limits, and availability may change without notice. We may suspend or terminate Beta access at any time.

Free tier limits (e.g. monthly trade and report caps) are described in the app and may change. Paid plans may be introduced later under separate pricing terms.

8. AI-generated content

Weekly reports and similar features use third-party AI models. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. You must review outputs critically and not rely on them as sole basis for trading or risk decisions. Regenerate and human review are your responsibility.

9. Share links

If you create a public share link for a report, anyone with the link may view the shared content. Do not share links if they contain information you consider confidential. You are responsible for links you distribute.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at /en/privacy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

11. Intellectual property

We own the Service, software, branding, and documentation, except for your content and open-source components. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

12. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion in Settings (30-day grace period before permanent purge, as described in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised via /en/feedback or privacy@trade-mirror.app. Where permitted, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
